This coupled with my knowledge of real estate trends, and almost two decades of general brokerage experience has enhanced my sales history, which has been reflected in the confidence and trust of my clients whom I appreciate, for repeat and referral business.

Rashaan’s first real estate experience was at the tender age of eight when he started helping his grandfather renovate homes to sell. He learned very early the importance of hard work and dedication. Stephen has always had a passion for helping others and he understands first-hand how intimidating the home buying process can be. After buying and selling his first two homes with Blackberry Realty Group he decided to pursue his childhood passion and joined the team. Rashaan is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University with a degree B.S. in Marketing.  He is dedicated to patiently working with buyers through every step of the real estate purchasing process and is particularly focused on assisting millennial-first time home buyers.

Personal Interests: Watching movies and DIY projects, an active member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., who loves music and DJ’ing for parties and social events.

With over 17 years in the Real Estate industry, Jamila Lindsay’s passion for all things real estate is reflected in every transaction and each interaction with her clients, trade partners and team. She started in the real estate industry as an Underwriter and comes with the experience of working with various loan programs that include Conventional, FHA, Conforming, Non-Conforming, Jumbo products and an array of down payment assistance programs throughout the United States. Jamila’s financial background has always given her an edge within the real estate market.
